Driver Power State Failure Error



This error usually comes due to graphic file corruption. It can be resolve by the following steps. This steps is applicable for both window 7 and window 8 

Steps are as follows:

1. Click start and type DEVICE MANAGER and select from the list.

2. Expand DISPLAY ADAPTER  

3. Below display adapter, there is a name of the graphic driver, either it is from NIVIDIA or AMD. Copy that driver name and save in notepad. Right click on graphic driver and select Uninstall



4. Go to graphic driver website. If it is NVIDIA driver then click the link below

Select or download from the above website and install it. 

5. After installation, restart the computer to make that changes take effect.

If the issue still persist then perform recovery. 






System Crash



System Crash due to various issues. It crash due corrupt of system file,virus , third party application.

Lets try some steps to resolve this issue

Method 1:
1. Restart the system and keep tapping F8 key and select system restore

2. Follow the steps as per direction and your computer start working

If issue still persists follow next steps

Method 2:
1. Restart the system with the recovery cd in your cd drive and follow the steps to perform recovery
If issue still persists follow next steps

Method 3:
Insert the Window 7 or Window 8 cd and format the drive and re-install the operating system from the from the cd

Mouse Not Working


Sometimes happen mouse become slow or not work properly. Lets follow  some steps to resolve this issue.This steps is applicable in both window 7 as well as window 8.

Method 1: Uninstall and Re-Install the mouse driver


Steps are as follows:

1. Click start and type DEVICE MANAGER and select from the list.

2. Expand Mouse and Mice other Pointing device



3. Right Click on the driver of the  mouse and click uninstall

4. Restart the computer by pressing the power button

If the issue still persist follow the next steps

Method 2: Default setup from control panel


1. Click start and type CONTROL PANEL and select from the list

2. Select the large icon beside the view by option

3. Click the mouse option

4. Increase the speed the mouse under POINTER OPTIONS tab
This will increase the speed of the mouse

If the issue still persist replace the mouse.

Configure Mail App In Window 8

You need to have a Microsoft account to use the Windows 8 Mail app. Your Microsoft account is the combination of an email address and password that you use to sign into services like Hotmail, Messenger, SkyDrive, Windows Phone, Xbox LIVE, or Outlook.com.
·                 If you are signed into Windows using a Microsoft account, the Windows 8 Mail app will be ready for you to add email accounts the first time you open it.
·                 If you are not signed in to Windows using a Microsoft account, Windows Mail will ask you to add your Microsoft account information to Windows 8 Mail the first time you start the program.

Add your email account to the Windows 8 Mail app
Use this procedure to set up your Office 365 or Exchange-based email account. You can use this procedure whether or not you are already signed in to Windows or Windows 8 Mail with a Microsoft account.

1.              From Start, select the Mail tile.

2.              If Mail shows the Add your Microsoft account page when you start it, you need to sign in to Windows 8 Mail using a Microsoft account. Type the email address and password for your Microsoft account, and then click Save. If you don’t have a Microsoft account, select Sign up for a Microsoft account.
 NOTE    If you don’t see the Add your Microsoft account page when you start Mail, you are already signed into Windows or Windows 8 Mail with a Microsoft account. Skip to the next step.

3.              If Mail shows the Add your email accounts list when you start it, select Outlook to set up our first account in Mail. Then, skip ahead to step 5.
4.              If Mail shows the email from an account that you had previously set up when you start it, do the following:
1.                                      If you are using a touch device, swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and select Settings. If you are using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, and click Settings.
 
2.              In the Settings menu select Accounts > Add an account > Outlook.

5.              On the Add your Outlook account page, type the email address and password for the email account you want to add, and then select Connect. Mail will perform an online search to find your email server settings.

6.       If you see the message “Your email account is successfully configured.”, select Finish. If you see the message titled Make my PC more secure, read the message, and then select Enforce these policies.

Computer Freezes or Hang Frequently


Computer get freezes due to unwanted files save in temporary files and folder.By removing them it increases the speed and life of the computer.


The steps is applicable in window 7 and window 8 .

Lets try some steps to resolve this issue:

Step : 1. Remove Temporary Files
1. Press window +  R key together (Window is the four square key between ctrl and alt button  in keyboard). Run box will appear: 


Type %TEMP%  and hit enter
2. Select all by press ctrl + A key and press delete button


Step :2.Disk Cleanup
1.Press window + R key together

2. Type CLEANMGR.EXE and hit enter. Select the drive on which you want to run the cleaner

3. Check all the boxes and select ok 


Step 3:  Defragmentation

. Defragmentation will remove file from the registry.Any application which is partially installed in the computer  is stored in the registry. from this steps it remove it from the registry and make the computer more faster.

1. Press window + R key together 
2.Type DFRGUI.EXE and hit enter


3. select C drive and hit ANALYSE DISK button 
4. After that click DEFRAGMENT DISK button

Steps 4: Run the Hard drive test
If the issue still persist check the motherboard and hard drive


Step 5:Recovery .

Recovery is the steps which set the computer to default factory setting.

CD/DVD Is Not Working In Window 7


Lets steps to resolve this issue


Step 1: Check the drive name in the Device Manager

1. Click Start and type DEVICE MANAGER and select from the list


2. Double-Click DVD/CD Rom drives to expand the category

3. Right-Click the drive name and click on Uninstall


4.In Device Manager, click Action , select Scan for hardware changes , and then wait for Windows to find and install the CD/DVD drive


Step 2:Clear the lower and upper Registry filters

1.Remove all the device or unplug all the external device
2. Press window + R key together
(window is the four square key between ctrl and alt key on the keyboard)

3. Type REGEDIT and hit enter

4. Select computer in the main window

5. Click File, Click Export, type a file name that is easy for you to remember and then click save

A copy of the registry has been saved for back-up purposes to the Documents folder. If problems occur after using these steps, browse to the file and double-click it to restore the registry.

6. Click the arrow next to each of the following item in the list:

  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
  • System
  • CurrentControlSet
  • Control
  • Class
7. Select 4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318 . Make sure you have selected this exact key name.
8. If a LowerFilters value is listed on the right side of the Registry Editor window, select the LowerFilters value and press the Delete key. Confirm the deletion by clicking Yes .


9.If an UpperFilters value is also listed, select UpperFilters in the right side of the window and press the Delete key.

Confirm the deletion by clicking Yes .

10.Delete all other UpperFilters and LowerFilters values within the 4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318 key if any exist.

11.Close the Registry Editor and restart the computer. The disc drive should now be recognized by Windows. You may need to uninstall your disc recording software, restart the computer, reinstall the CD/DVD writing software, and then restart the computer again if the software no longer recognizes the drive
